We are the owners of the apartments. We do not delegate the management of the apartments. We personally take care of the management in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

No, they are private apartments. The hotel is the first 5 floors of the tower, the rest of the floors are private apartments like ours. Therefore, the reception and concierge belong to the hotel and will not be able to inform you.

Yes, all apartments have a terrace overlooking the sea.

Yes, they are of the same dimensions, occupancy and services in all of them. The only difference is the height. All our apartments are located on the 10th floor and above.

No, you can park on the street from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. free of charge. The rest of the day there is a paid blue zone. Or if you prefer the nearest parking is less than 210 meters from the apartments.

Sorry, we do not admit pets.

Non-presential. In order to facilitate the processing to the guest, both the check-in and check-out is not face-to-face. Therefore, in order to process your reservation, you will be asked for identification documents. And once identified, we will send you an email with the instructions to follow.

In all apartments you will have 2 towels per guest, one large and one small, gel, pillows, sheets, washing machine, iron, Italian coffee maker and everything you need for your stay.

On all floors there is a room, next to the freight elevators, where the containers are located.

Yes, the apartment and the kitchen are equipped with cleaning materials, mop and broom.

The kitchen is equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, saucepans, etc… with the essentials to be able to cook in the apartment.

No. In order to avoid any health problems, we do not leave any food behind.
